Mental health resources for construction teams
Our founder partners closely with the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention, supporting industry-wide efforts to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and promote meaningful mental health resources within the construction community. This work reflects our belief that protecting workers means addressing both visible and invisible risks.
As part of this commitment, Cityview actively highlights mental health as a core component of safety culture — including dedicated conversations and awareness initiatives during Construction Safety Week each year. These efforts are reinforced through leadership engagement, toolbox talks, and open dialogue on jobsites, helping teams create environments where safety, accountability, and support coexist.
